The box contained every issue except the 1947 which is pretty rare.
This book is a reprint and of course the pricing is out of date. The narrative at the beginning is very useful,|About the Author|He was the creator of The Red Book and The Blue Book, first published in the 1940's. He was a speaker, exhibit judge, an authority concerning U.S. and world coins, and the inventor of coin folders. He was a lifelong member of the ANA.
