Furthermore, each photo is described in detail along with the source of the piece and the uses thereof. I think this is the one of the best books to come out thus far on|About the Author|Rosemary and Richard Halliday are a mother and son team specializing in blue-printed transferware since the early 1990s.

This book brings to the attention of the collecting public nearly 300 transferware items from 1780-1840, including examples of dinner ware, toilet and medical ware, and pieces for food preparation and storage.
